Home access Plus - Students try to save the file from home and it does not save

Please could you help me with a Home Access Plus issue we have.
Students are logging on to the system from home, opening the file i.e word document, excel file from their home drive area e.t.c.
They are editing the document and then clicking Save

If students do this; when they come to open up the work again the changes have not been saved, I assume the actual way to use the system is to download and save the file locally then upload the file back to the system once any changes have being made??

Any advice is greatly appreciated?

They need to download and save the file using the browser first. HAP+ is not like a VPN where you can directly save, you need to save it somewhere first.

in V8 a message is shown when they try to download anything stating why and how to properly do it.

As you say the way to do it is to download it and then upload it back.
