Ampersand Handling in Homepage Links :)

    Hey @nickbro

    Hope you are well!!

When i try to add a URL with an ampersand in it to the Homepage links - it initially adds fine, but then when editted, the ampersand gets messed up and turns into a ;amp&, breaking the URL.

I presume when the config loads the saved URL, it doesnt convert the & and basically re-saves the ampersand as & etc ad infinitum!

Simple edit of the xml got me running.

    Cheers,
    Matt

the XML spec doesn't allow for ampersands. They should get converted to ^ which is recoded. I'll add a fix into v7.10
