Is there a way to assign a ticket to a particular person, so each team member can have their own job list?

Not really, the enable to option was added in v7.4 which allows you to add another person to the ticket

But individuals can't just see the tickets relating to them?
What I'm wondering is if the Helpdesk can double up for both IT and site maintenance (who currently have requests written down in a book in Reception).
