Tickets not Appearing
When I create a support ticket, it doesn't seem to be getting added properly. Once created, the "open tickets" screen on the Helpdesk remains blank, however I can see them listed if I click on the "tickets tab" link at the top; clicking on any of the tickets returns a 404 error. The "test ticket" which you created is there though.

Hmm sounds a bit odd, going to need you to do some HAP+ JSON Debugging

Odd. They're all appearing correctly now. Does it take a bit of time to add them?
