    This is a common issue, but I don't know how others have fixed the issue. I keep adjusting the code to allow for errors when loading the AD Structure.

    Can you try:
    1. Download the attached DLL and ASPX file
    2. From codeplex download the HAP+ Event Log Setup and run it
    3. Try the setup page again
    4. Have a look in the HAP+ Event Viewer Log in the Event Viewer for a reason why it failed

    Doesnt look like the double hop issue as im seeing

    A logon was attempted using explicit credentials.

    Subject:
    Security ID: IIS APPPOOL\HAP7AppPool
    Account Name: HAP7AppPool
    Account Domain: IIS APPPOOL
    Logon ID: 0x2889793
    Logon GUID: {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}

    Account Whose Credentials Were Used:
    Account Name: wilkies
    Account Domain:
    Logon GUID: {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}

    Target Server:
    Target Server Name: DC-HERE.map.internal
    Additional Information: DC-HERE.map.internal

    Process Information:
    Process ID: 0x18b7c
    Process Name: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\inetsrv\w3wp.exe

    Network Information:
    Network Address: -
    Port: -

    This event is generated when a process attempts to log on an account by explicitly specifying that account’s credentials. This most commonly occurs in batch-type configurations such as scheduled tasks, or when using the RUNAS command.

    And no errors at the same time as the previous entry from the HAP event log
