    If I try and configure anything I get the System.ServiceModel.ServiceActivationException

    I have removed the lines at the bottom of the file and replaced the lines.

    Ay other ideas?

    Can you check your ~/web.config file please

    Look for:
    HTML Code:
    <system.serviceModel>
    Does it look like:
    HTML Code:
     <system.serviceModel>
      <serviceHostingEnvironment aspNetCompatibilityEnabled="true"/>
      <behaviors>
       <serviceBehaviors>
        <clear />
        <behavior name="">
         <serviceDebug includeExceptionDetailInFaults="true"/>
        </behavior>
       </serviceBehaviors>
      </behaviors>
      <standardEndpoints>
       <webHttpEndpoint>
        <clear />
        <standardEndpoint name="" helpEnabled="true" faultExceptionEnabled="true" automaticFormatSelectionEnabled="true"/>
       </webHttpEndpoint>
      </standardEndpoints>
    </system.serviceModel>
    If not copy that code, if it does, try removing that code

    Hi NickBro

    It was:

    <system.serviceModel>
    <serviceHostingEnvironment aspNetCompatibilityEnabled="true"/>
    <behaviors>
    <serviceBehaviors>
    <clear />
    <behavior name="">
    <serviceDebug includeExceptionDetailInFaults="true"/>
    </behavior>
    </serviceBehaviors>
    </behaviors>
    </system.serviceModel>
    I removed it

    Make sure you are running HAP+ from a sub folder, sometimes it doesn't like running properly from the root

    You mean the source? It currently runs from:

    C:\IISRoot\hap.domain.local

    the website runs via the header for hap.domain.local

    Do you mean to browse to it like http://hap.domain.local/hap ??

    Yep that's what I mean, it tends to play up if it isn't in a folder, although it should support it
