Thankyou Nick, have done as requested and now have a new error! This is creating a new admin ticket.

    Code:
The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.FormatException: The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address.

    Source Error:

An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.
    With this stack trace.

    Code:
[FormatException: The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address.]
       System.Net.Mail.MailAddressParser.ReadCfwsAndThrowIfIncomplete(String data, Int32 index) +1251989
       System.Net.Mail.MailAddressParser.ParseDomain(String data, Int32& index) +118
       System.Net.Mail.MailAddressParser.ParseAddress(String data, Boolean expectMultipleAddresses, Int32& index) +94
       System.Net.Mail.MailAddressParser.ParseAddress(String data) +23
System.Net.Mail.MailAddress..ctor(String address, String displayName, Encoding displayNameEncoding) +245
       HAP.Web.HelpDesk.Default.FileAdminTicket_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) +1175
       System.Web.UI.WebControls.Button.OnClick(EventArgs e) +118
       System.Web.UI.WebControls.Button.RaisePostBackEvent(String eventArgument) +112
       System.Web.UI.WebControls.Button.System.Web.UI.IPostBackEventHandler.RaisePostBackEvent(String eventArgument) +10
       System.Web.UI.Page.RaisePostBackEvent(IPostBackEventHandler sourceControl, String eventArgument) +13
       System.Web.UI.Page.RaisePostBackEvent(NameValueCollection postData) +36
       System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) +5563
However, the ticket does become created.

Display names are also now listed in booking calendar dropdown selection, but I'm still getting 'Outside bounds of array' error when I create a booking and the new booking also only displays the username not the display name. Sorry for being a pain!

Edit: Creating a non-admin ticket functions fine in help desk.

Ok, figured this one out, it's caused by not preexisting tickets. I've corrected the code. Will be released with the v7.5 release. If you create a non-admin ticket, the admin ticket should start working as well

Thanks Nick, any idea what could be wrong with my calendar settings causing the 'Out of Bounds' thing in Room Booking?

I'm hoping that it will also be fixed in the v7.5 release
