What to Download and Install?

What are the Quota Service and User Card installers, and do I need them? Also, do users need to install anything to use this, or is it purely browser based?

Purely browser based. The Quota Service allows quota information to be passed to HAP+ if you use Quota info.

The user card is a desktop app for your internal machines (optional)

So, quota service would allow a HAP+ user to know they've exceeded their disk quota remotely? Could be handy...

I'll leave the user card app for now, since we'll just be using HAP+ for remote access - if we go for the resource booking or helpdesk, I may revisit that.

Yes that it. By remotely, it's just within HAP+. You get progress bars showing your disk space
