    Error opening tickets from email links

    Morning Nick,

    I'm fairly consistently getting an error whilst opening the helpdesk via a link in an email. I get between 1 and 4 red error boxes showing:
    The process cannon access the file 'my local hap path\App Data\Tickets.xml' because it is being used by another process.

    I don't seem to get it when using the portal normally..

    Any thoughts? Is it peculiar to my server?

    I've gotten this a few times. I need to get the SQL provider working to fix it I think.

    You can try recycling the app pool on the server

    Okay, cool.. Actually was concerned there might be some file locking issue on my box!
    There used to be an archive function on the tickets right? I can't see how to archive now.. im wondering if that might reduce the file size and allow the open to complete without an extended lock?

    Either way, it's not a huge issue.. a reload always works.
