    Services Activated: Red X

Sorry guys, this is probably getting annoying for you. I have a Services activated red X appearing on Setup. This is a test server on 2012 with IIS 8.

I have removed the IIS 8 Code out of the web.config file

I am all so having issues with https, I can't navigate to HAP through this and I think it may be related.

I can navigate through http no problems.

I would appreciate it if anyone can help.
