    Pre filled text in helpdesk.

    Hi @nickbro,

    Is it possible to have pre - filled text in the note section of the helpdesk?

    Example.

    Yes, open ~/HelpDesk/Default.aspx

    Look for
    Code:
    $("#ticket-note").val("");
    (there's a few occurances)
    replace with
    Code:
    $("#ticket-note").val("Please ensure you provide as much information as possible in order to ressolve your ticket quickly and effectively.\n\n-How often does this occur?\n-When did you notice the issue?\n-Are you able to replicate the issue?\n-What steps have you taken to troubleshoot the issue yourself?\n\nPlease email any screenshots you think may aid your ticket being resolved to helpdesk@school.co.uk\n\nPlease make sure you do some basic troubleshooting of your own before logging a ticket/calling IT.");
    New lines are '\n'

    You will need to add the contect to the textarea as well

    Ahh good idea! On a side note, will HAP change visually in v10? About to do some training on it for staff and all hell will be unleashed if it Iooks different!

    Nope, uses the Windows 8 Modern UI, of a sort, the booking system will however change in it's look. It'll look a bit more like Outlook
