Am I right in saying that moving the Fixed slider to the on position should mark tickets as closed?

hmm very odd, it should pick up that it's checked and close the ticket, can you do some HAP+ JSON Debugging and see what's getting sent to the server (POST)

I think I've fixed it in the v10 release. You can manually close a ticket by setting status="Fixed" in the tickets.xml file in the app_data folder

I'm trying to get a couple of minor tweaks in - that and I seem to be quite good at spotting bugs in new features

I'm hoping this week is going to be a quiet week at work so can get up to date.

Thanks @minimoo, got a lot on at the moment, county wide wifi is getting put in and I'm the lead from the High Schools for it, we have to put in 802.1x auth instead of a PSK. Plus I've got timetabling starting, and supporting 4 primaries, all by myself (hopefully only for another month)
