You can alter the templates that the system uses to send the emails and have it add to the top, DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL!
Feature request if possible - could we have an option to stop an email reply via the polling system from opening a job that has been closed?
Useful as we are fortunate to have some grateful staff who love to reply to the "job closed" email which reopens it
We do indeed have a DO NOT REPLY clause but that doesn't seem to stop people It's no deal-breaker by any means, it's nice to get the emails of thanks after a job is done but a bit of a pain to go back into the job to re-close it. Well, not massively as our helpdesk is lovely and clear May be helpful for the busier departments & schools though.
The help desk doesn't poll an email inbox, so the Help Desk ticket doesn't get reopened if they reply to it.
