    Unable to Open files in HAP

    I am unable to open files in the browser? When I try the browser just keeps refreshing for ever and a day - flicking between the second screenshot below and a grey background - this cycles for as long as you leave it (You can press the back browser button twice to get out of the loop, downloading and uploading works though

    Unable to Open files in HAP-ss-001.png

    Unable to Open files in HAP-ss-002.png

    Any ideas?

    The Picture event can be safely ignored.

    The other error, can you check your hapConfig.xml file and change that the drive mappings drive letter is in Capitols

    Thanks for getting back to me, was afraid I'd annoyed you with my comment about the documentation.

    I think it already is:

    <mappings>
    <mapping drive="N" name="Home Directory" enablereadto="All" enablewriteto="All" enablemove="True" usagemode="DriveSpace">%homedir%</mapping>
    <mapping drive="T" name="Staff Shared Area" enablereadto=", SWC Teaching Staff, SWC Non-Teaching Staff, Domain Admins" enablewriteto=", SWC Non-Teaching Staff, SWC Teaching Staff, Domain Admins" enablemove="True" usagemode="Quota">\\SWC-sr-001.swc.internal\RMStaff</mapping>
    <mapping drive="W" name="RMShared" enablereadto="All" enablewriteto=", Domain Admins, SWC Teaching Staff, SWC Non-Teaching Staff" enablemove="True" usagemode="Quota">\\swc-sr-001\RMShared Documents</mapping>
    <mapping drive="P" name="RM Public" enablereadto=", Domain Admins" enablewriteto=", Domain Admins" enablemove="True" usagemode="Quota">\\swc-sr-001.swc.internal\RMPublic</mapping>
    <mapping drive="Z" name="IT Data" enablereadto=", Domain Admins" enablewriteto="Domain Admins" enablemove="True" usagemode="DriveSpace">\\swc-sr-003.swc.internal\IT Data</mapping>
    </mappings>

    Do the permissions need the starting',' ?
