    @nickbro

    The code above is in the web.config file and is exactly as above. The web.config file has been copied from the latest 9.4 release.

    The latest error in the logs from HAP is:

    An error occurred in Home Access Plus+

    Page: HAP.Web.API.MyPic

    Creating Directory Search and Searching for then current user
    Using filter: (&(objectClass=user) (sAMAccountName=****))
    Found 1 results, processing 1st result
    Found 0 thumnbnailPhotos

    The above error reoccurs multiple times, there are a couple of different errors from HAP+ but I think they were logged before I setup the test site!

    That error is fine, just ignore it, something else isn't working, the hap javascript file isn't getting loaded, and it looks like a few other things aren't getting loaded. Did you install v9.0 first then upgrade to v9.4?

    Yes, my live site is running 9.2 but I setup a test site using 9.0 then upgraded to 9.4. If I copy the web.config from my 9.2 working version then it fixes the logon screen issue and access to /api/js works but I have some other issues like not seeing the management menu, drives in my files or access to setup.aspx.

    ok, I hoped I'd fixed this issue with 9.4, replace the hap.ad.dll from the v9.2 release, that should fix that issue

    Ok, If I use the web.config file from my live HAP+ install (9.2) and the HAP.AD.dll from the 9.2 release it works but with the web.config and HAP.AD.dll from 9.4 it stops working. If you would like me to do any further debugging to try and resolve the issue please let me know as I'd be happy to help.

    I have updated to the latest 9.4 release and copied the updated web.config as posted above, it seems like the HAP.AD.dll is fixed in the latest release but unfortunately, the web.config changes didn't work. I have put the web.config from my 9.2 live site with the latest 9.4 release and this worked though.

    I backed up and deleted the hapConfig.xml file. Replaced the web.config file and restarted the services. Re-ran HAP+ and got this:

    Thanks Paul, at least v9.4 is working again for you with the old web.config.
