    Hi Nick,

    Would it be possible to add a week view to the booking timetable which would show all bookings that have been made for the week? Possibly the ability to print that timetable. Not sure how viable this would be to implement thought.

    @beneal

    Thanks for the suggestion but this is not quite what I was looking for. I was hoping for a view that puts all of the bookings onto one table as it looks now for the day view but listing the bookings for each lesson if possible, unless weekview.aspx already does this and mine just isn't displaying correctly.

    I have attached what mine looks like

    @TheScarfedOne Looks like you've got a user defined in the booking system database that doesn't exist on your network

    Hi... I'll post this again as the thread got hijacked a bit before.

    It would be nice to have resources tied to rooms.

    eg. School Hall has available: Screen & Projector, Microphones, CD Player, DVD Player & Computer.... so it would be nice to have tick boxes to select any of them items to be made ready when the room is booked.

    Any chance of being able to make static bookings by clicking on a period? It would be great if there was just a 'Make permanent' tick box for admins when you make a booking which you could set and it goes into the static bookings instead of as a one off?

    @beneal I'll see what I can do.
    @calwyn: that's quite a big job, I will see what I can do but can't promise anything

    Hi again Nick. Two things.....

    One, would it be possible to have a "comments" field on rooms, for special instructions/requests.

    and

    Two, I thought that there used to be a way that you could select th "Room In" field from a drop down list, is this still available & are there any instructions ?

    Thanks in advance, Calwyn.

    @calwyn, already done (notes), and yes, set it as equipment, and it should use a room list.

    Cheers for the quick reply Nick. . .

    Two questions then:

    1. How do I get this 'notes' field ?

    2. Is there something to setup for the drop-down list, as I just get a box to type in your room name.

    That's great thanks Nick. I now have both of them bits working....

    Just one question though, how do I add the notes to an email template ?
