    <!--You may need to remove this line under some setups-->

    Failed to load resource, the server responded with a status 500 (internal Server Error)

    Hmm, try going to that page on the server's browser instead. It should be giving you a detailed error message

    HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

    The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

    109: <!--For IIS8 Remove this Section -->
    110: <mimeMap fileExtension=".mp4" mimeType="video/mp4" />
    111: <mimeMap fileExtension=".m4v" mimeType="video/m4v" />

    I'll try removing that line.
