Fresh install can't access drives in My files

    Hi folks,
I've a fresh install of HAP 8.7 on Server 2008R2. All looks good and can log in, but whatever mappings I list in 'my files', I can't get anything to show! The screen doesn't distort, nor does the little wheel spin for ages, it just turns from a > arrow into a V arrow and nothing seems to appear

    Here's the checks so far:

    Pipeline - ticked
    Services - ticked
    App Data - ticked
Navigate to https://localhost/hap/api/setup and get result Service Endpoint not found.
Navigate to https://localhost/hap/api/test and get result OK
Can't clear the Red X on AD, but users seem to log in ok (I'm just doing staff - as staff and students are in different groups and OU's, I'm guessing I can't do both?)

I'm new to this app and IIS under 2008, so please help!
    Thanks

Just as an Update, when going into MyFiles, the menu bar at the top of the page flashes up, then disappears. I can also see a 'file upload' box flashing up before disappearing in the bottom left hand corner - just mentioning in case it gives any clues!

    Hi Nick,
Here's what's there at the moment:

    %homedir%
    \\ncc-SharedSpace.home.nelson.ac.uk\shared$\COMMON\

I've tried with \ at the end of UNC paths, no \, I've tried changing Writechecks="False"

you need something in the enablereadto and enablewriteto. If it's everyone, it needs to be All.

Brill That's sorted it! Just a quick additional question if I may - Staff and Students are in two different OU's here, which are off the domain root. I've pointed HAP+ at the Staff OU - do I need a separate instance of HAP+ to point to the Students OU to provide them access?

Nope, the OU look ups are for the help desk and booking system user search

Last one, hopefully! Drives are now displaying, but when the user accesses a folder, the error "The given key was not present in the dictionary." is displayed and the root of the drive is redisplayed under the folder......

    Sorted!
It's where I had put a / on the end of the path e.g.
    \\ncc-Shared-Space.melson.ac.uk\shared$\COMMON\
If I knock the "\" off the end of the path, all works
