Is it possible to log access by users using HAP from home?
Does HAP have a log in which I can determine who is logging in/off to the system at home?
Would be nice to have it list login time/logoff time and files accessed for a user.
Actually a nice graph might be nice to see the change over a certain period of time.
The logon tracker sounds like it logs access from local workstations which I do not really need, is this correct?

But what does the web tracker do, just track logins to HAP or actual web usage on clients?
-
-
11th October 2012, 06:51 PM #8 it tracks a fair number of things that HAP+'s api's do because of the clients

So I still need to install logon tracker then?
So install logon tracker and then follow sql server setup. Your video shows hap version 6 but I assume the config options are still in the same places. Will have to install the database on a different server because our cc4 server is working hard already.

11th October 2012, 06:57 PM #11 The logon tracker is just for work stations. The web tracker is a part of the logon tracker's interface but not really tied to it apart from the sql database

Excellent, will have a look at doing this tomorrow.
Just out of interest will hap be compatable with the new windows 8 phones. Looking at buying a Nokia Lumia 920 in yellow. I think I read somewhere that you were also getting one.

11th October 2012, 07:28 PM #15 It works on WP7 so should work on WP8. You can't upload files though, it's one of limitations, though WP8 should fix some of those
