    Changing width of roombooking system so all lessons fit on one page?

    Does anybody know if there is a way to show all the days bookings on one page without somne of the lessons scrolling off the page? Our LRB manager prints the page off, on our current system, at the beginning of every day and sticks it on his noticeboard. This doesn't seem possible at the moment!

    thanks

    Try this: ~/style/bookingsystem.css

    Code:
    @media only print {
        #bookingsystemcontent { width: 100%!important; }
    }

    Hi Nick,
    I have found ~/style/bookingsystem.css and have added the text provided but no difference. Would this look different when browsing the page or would you need to view a different page to see the media only page?

    Sorry

    It would only look different when you go to print it, as it's a print only css setting

    Sorry again Nick,
    Mine looks like this now with the new code above #bookingsystemcontent
    Code:
    @media only print {
        #bookingsystemcontent { width: 100%!important; }
    }
    #bookingsystemcontent { margin: 0 auto; }
    #datepicker { z-index: 9999; }
    Is that the correct position for it?

    When i print it echoes the screen still!

    Hi Nick,
    Still the same results I'm afraid. I restarted IIS to be on the safe side but got the same results.
    Should I be able to change the original line

    #bookingsystemcontent { margin: 0 auto; }

    to something else so that the booking system fits on one page while viewing it as well as printing it? This may be an easier option!

    That line doesn't do anything, as the css is defined on the actual page. It does work in firefox and ie9. It may not work in ie8

    Try this
    Code:
    @media only print {
        #bookingsystemcontent { width: auto!important; }
        #bookingday { overflow: hidden; }
    }

    Bumping this one too....would be very handy. Ours wanders off the edge of the page too, 4 sessions, and 3 breaks (inc lunch)...
