I'm really loving HAP now that I have it running smoothly. I'd like to start using the helpdesk and the booking system now and wondered if there were any specific guides for those? I have trawled through edugeek with no success so far.
Can someone point me in the direction of any guides to these plus the logon tracker.

Hi Nick, I have had a look through and seen details on how to set up the logon tracker but I can't find anything about the booking system. I have had a play with it already and most seems straightforward but there seem to be some configs needed that are not available in the web interface. I have added my staff group in the web config file but I can't add a user to a booking and I can't find where to do that!
It's the AD OU's. It generates the AD User Lists for the Booking System/Help Desk
You should be able to use the config page to select an OU to use. It needs the whole LDAP path
I'm sorry nick, but I can't find anywhere on any config where I should add this! Could you let me know where I add the ldap path. I've looked in the config section in the booking system tab and I have looked in the booking system settings but I can't find this anywhere. Sorry!!!

I feel like I am being a double idiot but I still cannot find any page that has that setting that you have shown. Could you talk to me like the idiot I am and describe which area this is in? Isit within booking, help desk or main system config?
Wow I was being dense. Found it. I didn't see the add button as I was remoting in with a rubbish resolution.
