    Mark As FAQ error - 1 bug and 2 requests :)

    Hey Nick,

    1. I am getting an error when marking a ticket as an FAQ.
      The error is:
      "String was not recognised as a valid Boolean"
    2. Could i request the option to create a new ticket as an FAQ (just a tickbox on the create ticket page if you are an admin)?
    3. Finally, could i request that FAQ's load all of their data into the text box for editing purposes? (It would be nice to be able to tidy up the original ticket information and remove "updates" to keep the FAQ's clean).

    Cheers very much,
    Matt

    Hi @mattgrimley can you do some HAP+ JSON Debugging to find out what HAP+ is setting to the server when you tick FAQ. Specifically looking for the POST request

    Ookay,

    my best effort with firebug shows no "POST" but rather a "PUT", followed by some "GET"s..

    The content of the PUT shows:
    FAQ = "false"
    Note = ""
    PRiority = "undefined"
    ShowTo = ""
    State = "Fixed"

    The response is:

    Code:
    {"Date":"01\/10\/12 10:49","DisplayName":"Matt Grimley","FAQ":false,"Id":434,"Priority":"undefined","ShowTo":"","Status":"Fixed","Subject":"example ticket for testing purposes","Username":"mrg","Notes":({"Date":"01\/10\/12 10:49","DisplayName":"Matt Grimley","NoteText":"Room%3a+Blah+room%0d%3cbr+%2f%3e%0d%3cbr+%2f%3eThis+ticket+can+be+ignored.","Username":"mrg"},{"Date":"01\/10\/12 11:49","DisplayName":"Matt Grimley","NoteText":"No+Note+Information+Added","Username":"mrg"})}
    Hopefully that makes some sence!

    I will move the two faq requests to the proper requests thread

    Matt
