    I get logged in, and see tiles for my drives. When I click on any of them I get "The network path was not found". Checking the server event log, the message is below.

    That's an odd one, it doesn't seem to like the network path. Check your drive mappings directly in the hapconfig.xml file.

    One query you might be able to clear up for me is why the arrow next to the log-in button doesn't render when using IE9 - it works fine on my ipad, and also fine using chrome on the same laptop. Have attached screenshot. Cheers Nick.

    Looks like the font file is missing, or not loading. It should say something in IE's developer console about not being able to load a font file, which may require an iis exception to transmit the file

    GET /hap/style/icons.eot? HTTP/1.1

    Check that url out in IE9, it should be a font file.

    Also try icons.ttf and icons.woff

    Try:

    If you're using IIS, you'll need to register a MIME type for the .eot extension.

    1. In IIS Manager, in the IIS section, open the MIME Types configuration
    2. Under "Actions", click "Add..."
    3. Enter .otf in the extension box, and font/otf in the MIME type box.
    4. Click OK
    5. Enter .woff in the extension box, and font/x-woff in the MIME type box.
    6. Click OK

    You'll need to do this for each non-standard extension you use (.ttf is already registered, .woff is not), but that should do it!

    Seems IE9 uses woff files first, which where as IE8 uses otf and ttf

    Ok, it should be set in the web.config file for iis7 users:

    HTML Code:
     <mimeMap fileExtension=".eot" mimeType="application/vnd.ms-fontobject" />
          <mimeMap fileExtension=".otf" mimeType="font/otf" />
          <mimeMap fileExtension=".woff" mimeType="font/x-woff" />

    They look okay. Identical to when I had it working on the previous version of HAP.

    Added these 3 mime type to the HAP directory within IIS but no arrow displays in IE9 - also done IISReset and cleared browser cache just in case...?

    Right, I've found out that if i click on a link to our HAP site (from our website, or from the previous page on this thread for example), the login page displays with the arrow, but if i click the link from my IE favourites, or type it in manually then the arror doesn't show. Any ideas Nick?
