I'm not sure if that's £300 with or without VAT.
Toshiba and HP have some promotions on at the moment though you may have to order before the end of the month.
One example is you can pick up a Toshiba C660-1LR for approx £410 (inc vat) and you can claim £100 (inc vat) back.
Intel Core i3-380M 2.53GHz
2GB RAM
320GB HDD
15.6" HD
DVD±RW
Webcam
Windows 7 Professional 64bit
Some places are also offering a free case, mouse and USB hub. Toshiba 3 Year Warranties are also very cheap ~£30 (inc vat).
I'm sure one of the Edugeek Sponsors could assist you.
