Re: Interactive Writing Pads
Have to say have a search as this has come up a few times and been discussed quite well. Generally it comes down what environment it is going to be in and on which you started/have more experience with. Normally comes down to a 50/50 split I think.
Re: Interactive Writing Pads
Note 1 : Activslate is for use with Activboard 50, 64 & 78. Supplied with 1 Activpen, cables, Quick Start Guide. It is not supplied with Activ software but if you have the board then it does not matter as it will use the software from the board. License is not an issue -
they also do a Activtablet A6 USB tablet
Note 1 : Each Activtablet is supplied with 1 pen
Note 2 : No Activ software supplied - for preparation only
You do not need to purchase a smartboard as they do the airliner with and without smart software!!
Re: Interactive Writing Pads
We have a load of GTCO Calcomp SchoolPads - we have these in preference to IWBs due to cost. The pads are bluetooth linked and the software is the same as that which comes with the GTCO Calcomp SchoolBoards (which we also use).
It's good, sturdy, kit that we haven't had any problems with :D
