Hi all, I thought I would ask about here.
A quick question as this is causing us a big headache and we want to ensure we are getting the correct equipment.
Have any of you brought new printers for your finance department as of late, especially to print the cheques. County Ed Finance say they need to be “APACs” approved, but the quotes I am getting are around £1500
Anyone done this recently and got any suggestions?

We use a HP LaserJet 3005, but this list may be useful, has all the approved printers on it.
