We have always purchased RM Ones for our CC3 network, however due to various reasons we'd like to replace them with an alternative. Just wondering what desktops you'd recomend or are running on your CC3 network?

Depends on what you require - beauty about RM ones are they are all in one... providing a space saving solution.
The best I would reccommend is to buy some big old iMACs with widescreen 27" displays, then Boot camp them to load windows 7 instead of Mac OS - but hey that would just cost a fortune. There are many all-in-ones out there now which look good, but for money, you can always get a Midi-tower and seperate screen with better specs.
Just realised another post without actually giving an answer :-(
Are you looking for a all in one PC or something thats energy efficant?
The ThinkCenter M-Series are some of the nicest all in ones available at the moment Lenovo - Desktops - ThinkCentre - M Series
we have purchased a number of HP DC7800, DC7900 and more recently the Elite 8000 USDT computers. We use these with Iiyama hard glass monitors and attach the two to a HP workstation centre stand which in my opinion has all of the advantages of an RM One but is cheaper, higher spec and far easier to maintain ...
We are going to look at the compact Dell and HPs that hang off a monitor stand. The space saving of an all in one with the joy of being able to replace the monitor if it goes wrong and have (fairly) standard parts. Or go virtual so there is nothing there anyway ;)
We're also CC3, and the RM One are good only at the first glance, they latest model got quite a few flaws with power supply and screen, plus they are expensive. Last year we bought a few Omnino from Viglen and they are good, so it is to see how well they'll resonde to CC4!
Pretty decent All in One offering, although screen is all integrated in this one so not sure it is quite what you are looking for ?
