Help me find a driver for Ghost Cast Boot Disk
Hi guys,
I've spent a good couple of hours trying to find a Ghost Boot NDIS2 Driver (.dos) for some new MB's I've got.
I've checked the CD's and it's just the Windows Drivers.
Perhaps if I got a few of you looking in your favourite places for this driver we can find it.
OK, the MB is an ASUS P4U800-X with integrated NIC. Chipset on the MB are the ULI M1683 / ULI M1563.
The NIC is supposedly a ULI (Read Acer) M1563 integrated 10/100 Mbps MAC with VIA VT6103 PHY.
I've downloaded the drivers from ASUS and still the same. Drivers I've found scattered around are the same.
Can anyone help?
Cheers.
P.S. I would love to get this working before having to fork out for 6 more new NIC's. :D
Re: Help me find a driver for Ghost Cast Boot Disk
Have you tried manually adding the driver to ghost? Its a bit difficult to check its the right driver and that without having your machine to check it works as it usually doesnt doing it manually as you have to tweak it.

I think I still need the NDIS2 (.dos file) driver for GhostCast Server boot disks.
I'm using the Ghost Boot Disk Maker utility.

Think I posted the wrong folder
Try this one which has the oemsetup.inf file that apparantly ghost needs....
If not then I can probably still help - it's just a matter of nailing down the right via driver for your chipset....
Have been there myself 2 or 3 years ago when I last used ghost over the network - just need to remember which files I used(!)

Still no good Netman. Anything else? I've had to cheat and Ghost the image through HDD to HDD.
Roll on when I can use RIS. Just hope OFSTED hurry and do the school so I can re-do the images.
