UPS Internal Temp or Server ?

Just got an Event ID 3107 - source: APCPBEAgent

"Maximum Internal Temperature Exceeded"

My question is - is this refering to the actual UPS or the server ? [ I think it's the actual UPS ]

Now for some reason - it did a clean shutdown of the server in which I have configured the powershute software on [ like it's supposed to to ] but it did not on another server server. Also there was another server hanging off it but this is a LAMP server.
On checking the event logs it took 1 min from the original alert until it shutdown [ the whole UPS powered off - which makes me think the alert is to do with the UPS and not the server ] - if someone can claify this I would apprecaite it.

It is your APC. If you have the updated Power Agent installed you should be able to check the logs in that as well.
