A little problem I have at a few sites:
Old shared printers are still appearing on the network.
One pc logs on, hover over the print icon in word, and it comes up with a printer thats been decommissioned for several years.
I have checked all batch files for the users, checked in the printers and they aint installed.
When I bring the printer list, its not listed there, and then the icon will appear blank.
Also when setting a default printer in the admin profile, the user profile dejects this and piks the next one for some reason.
Any help in removing the ghost printers would be appreciated, thanks.
