Printer/Print Server problem
Last week two of our HP Business Inkjet 1000s started playing up. Admin users can print OK, but anyone else can't. They're both connected to external Jetdirect servers, and another that is shared via the machine it is attached to seems to be unaffected - leading me to suspect that the problem lies somewhere in the Jetdirect. The users don't get any error messages, nor do the jobs appear to be stuck in the print queue.
Both machines were fine the week before, and nothing has been changed to the best of my knowledge. I've tried resetting the Jetdirects to no avail, as well as restarting the print spooler. Bizarrely, the affected users can still ping and log on to the print server.
Anybody got any ideas?
