nas required - any suggestions?

I am looking to order a new nas box with some funds i have to get spent up this financial year. i am looking for an ad-compatible nas box and would like to install two 1Tb drives with RAID-1 redundancy. Has anyone used anything similar or got any suggestions on what to go for?

There seems to be a lot of varierty on the market ....
