Ghost Boot CD
I am trying to make a bootable CD which loads network drivers and then into ghost. So far i have had no luck.
i have read all other posts about this subject and none have them have worked for me so far.
Has anyone managed to make a reliable network boot cd for use with ghost 8.3 and how did you manage it?
Cheers

I see, well the netbootdisk works fine for me. Make it into a CD with ghost on and it boots fine on my workstations - where you having problems then ? Your post is quite vague.

Grab an image of the boot disk using rawwritewin (google it)
Then use Nero to create a bootcd and point it at the file rawwrite created. (When browsing for it make sure you choose all file types)
Its that simple.
It can also be used to make images for the HP boot usb drive utility.

I use the universal MS network boot floppy disk, and then use Nero to put it to a bootable CD, that also contains the DOS Ghost exe.
Works every time..:)
Google "Xp virtual floppy disk" and create a virtual boot floppy using the universal MS network disk at: www.netbootdisk.com. Winimage it, and then use Nero to create a bootable CD, then just drop the ghost.exe onto the CD as well.

Nero makes boot cds from disks anyhow by default.
I use the rawwritewin util for ease of storing multiple disks on the server.

Universal TCP/IP network (with Ghost) is IMO the best way to achieve this.
You can find it on Hirens Boot CD.
