I have had my SSD for just over a year now (my old one) and its bust..
As far as i know it still works but the only problem is the plastic L shapped clips has snapped off both the power and the Sata. The pins are fine. The sata cables don't stay in place hence why it doesn't work. Does this come under the warranty or is it an easy fix?

I used this drive for caching etc.
I am not sure but I some how doubt it will be covered by warranty. This will be due to it been physical/accidental damage.
That happened to a kensington I had at work too :confused: I put it down to me being heavy handed but maybe the plastic was a bit brittle. Anyway I managed to get the peice if plastic under the pins and into a sata cable after much faffing and epoxied the cable to the drive - not pretty to look at but functional.
I didn't try sending it back under warranty as it was physical damage so wouldn't be covered
Not a bad idea - permanently glue a sata cable and molex to SATA adapter to it, that way it's still removable from the system if needed
Have you tried a SATA cable that combines the data & power? You could then use some strong tape to hold the cable in since it has a larger surface area.
