Eveything from our DT Colour printer has started to print out with a green hue.

The print out on the right is correct. The print out on the left is the dodgy one.
It is such a big beast that it scares me and I don't want to take it apart for fear of falling inside it!
Usually that means the black ink has an issue, and as it's set to print in colour mode it tries to remake black with colours.
If you print a black and white print (no greyscale/colours) does it print normally still?

I changed the black. But I still have the same problem! :(
I'll call out an engineer to see what he thinks!
