Normally I have good feelings about HP/Compaq thanks to the quality of their products. It's just why do they have to make claiming on their cash back offers so awkward. It's bad enough that they don't just reduce the price upfront.
First you have to send a claim form with proof purchase and then "raise an invoice" before you get they money back. An invoice? But hang on. They're the ones that sold me the computer stuff. What product or service am I invoicing them for?
I suppose this make sense to somebody at HP marketing :roll:
