I have tried the USB in another PC of the same model and its fine.
Is this a reinstall do you think?
Its a Intel chipset which won't reinstall.. when I run the installer it doesn't go into the installer and what I have read says you can't uninstall these.
I've removed all the USB devices also after rebooting also. The driver that is used on the working pc lives on the non workign one also..
bit weird.
Anyone seen this before? Usually uninstalling the USB works for me but this one is a bugger.... oh and its got the latest BIOS
