Integrated NIC being a butt.
As mentioned here the integrated LAN controller is playing up.
When connected the status light is green, sayng everything is grand.
However, as soon as you touch the power button it turns red and loses the connection. As we have local login disabled, I can't check any settings/drivers to see where the problem is.
Completely wiping the computer and reinstalling the OS isn't helping [despite the fact I can currently see DOWNLOADING REQUIRED FILES and a progress bar which is actually moving] and the BIOS has no network options apart from disabling the onboard controller.
This isn't just one computer either, so far both of the ones with PSU problems have reacted to same way. They were fine BEFORE they broke and the point is used for another computer which is having no problems. The only thing that has changed with them is the fact they now have a new, working PSU.
Does anyone have any suggestions? [I feel like I should be able to sort this... But I can't. :(]
