    Alternative to the PI - bit more bits onboard and got VGA so can be used with an old monitor
    Might take off if real raspberry pi can't be made fast enough.

    Just put a Pi on order to have a play with, still got a couple of weeks' lead time on delivery though.

    Have you seen the power socket for it on the device though? Not exactly low powered USB friendly!

    Ooo .. see, I want to get a Pi, but I've been waiting for the market to stable itself a bit (in that I know I'll get one when I order it) .. Want to see what it can do and if it would make a good (less PowerPoint features) thing to run a XIBO Client on ..

    So this VIA Alternative looks like it might be even more of a goer .. meh .. who knows .. I'll see what's available at the time .. lol ..
