Buying from the forum Sponsor SCL Online

Its that time of year again when we need to start looking to buy a quantity of PCs for doing up a few rooms. As the hardware forum is sponsored by SCL i thought i would have a quick look at their prices and to be honest they seem to be very good. I have looked at our usual suspects who we sometimes buy off and SCL seem to beat their prices .

I was wondering if any of you had purchased PCs from SCL before and could give me any feedback as to how you found them ie , build of kit, phone support, on site report, values for money.

I know they may monitor this hardware forum so if you would rather PM me your response then please do.

I've just placed an order for 15 pc's and monitors with them as like you I compared pricing and they were very good for the spec.

We bought 50 odd machines from them recently and they bent over backwards to help us out even down to supplying us with an advance machine so we could image it in advance of the main delivery.

We've not had a single one go wrong yet so I can't vouch for their after sales service but if their pre sales is anything to go by then I suspect it'll be good.

Yup, just bought 30 pc's and for the price they're very competitive. I have Core 2 Duo's Gig RAM and Hard TFT screens. They feel quite solid. I found communicating with them very pleasent too and was able to custom spec my pc's according to needs.

Very happy with my purchase.
