Never used Oki but I wouldn't go with Kyoceras we have - the driver is along the lines of 50Mb in size!

As others have said I wouldn't limit yourself to just 2 brands, personaly I have found Ricoh to be best with a very small driver and a very intuative UI.

We have a managed Kyocera fleet of 38 printers and MFPs and had no issues.
    3920DN Monos
    5200DN Colour
    1128mfp Mono all in one
    1022mfp colour all in one

Running for over two years, no major issues and only around 3 call outs for paper jams.

This .. we have a number (14 or so) Olivetti Printers across our site, including a couple of Multi Function Devices, and I can't fault them. I also can't fault the company that has supplied them to us - Total Digital Solutions - Digital Office Solutions and Document Management - as a supplier .. on the odd occasion we've had the need to call them out (more for regular servicing on our Ricoh Copier) they've been out within 4 hours and pretty much had it sorted there and then (there was one time when they needed to special order a part that we just got unlucky on linked to our sorted, but they disabled the sorter and we could still use the machine as a bog standard - so very helpful indeed).

We bought about 7 FS-C5150DN's havent had them that long. Are working through some strange/interesting driver issues though.
