Does anyone know of any decent companies that service projectors in the Portsmouth area? Got a friend who works at a school there and they have a few projectors that need a thorough clean and some adjustments from what I can gather
Anyone know of any companies that will do this in the Portsmouth area?
Cheers

Is anyone able to help with this? They have 11 projectors that need servicing in total and they are being charged about £120 a projector - I've no idea if this is a good deal or not? I said I would try and help her out and get a few phone numbers of companies that deal with this kind of thing

Sorry, although we are in the portsmouth area, we do general maintenance on our projectors ourselves, got no idea if £120 a projector is a good price or not

I have just sorted it so webman can go on a technical support course (which one and cost unknown at the mo) as i feel it is necessary for our development that one of us knows how to strip down and clean all types of projectors properly. Our LEA actually charge approx £120 plus costs for spares which could run up a hefty bill.
If the cost of the course is say £1000 you could recoup that within the first year.
