Looking to outfit a new IT room capable of running Server 2008 R2 with Hyper-V, probably a max of 3 VMs running at any one time, combination of R2 again and Win 7.

This is so I can teach Hyper-V, Server and Win 7, as well as Microsoft courses to my apprentices.

I am thinking 8GB so far? But obviously I have a budget!
