    Printers - Recommendations

    Anybody got any recommendations on decent Printers which are Cheap cost per page even if the initial outlay is a little more.

    Looking for about 5k pages per year.

    HP P4015 are pretty awesome. We've got a few in and not had any issues in the last six months whatsoever.

    Slighly out of my price range i'm looking at something probably 200-450 ish max ex vat

    Ah sorry. We've got a few of the smaller 3015 models as well. Never had any issues with them either.

    We purchased some hi capacity toners for it at £134 each.

    Each toner does about 12,500 pages so you're looking at...

    13400 \ 12500 = 1.07p per page (not taking into account paper cost but that's charged to departments here anyway).

    Refurbished HP LaserJet 4200s from ICT Direct, then put cheap toners in them (can be had for £30 - £40 a uni for 10 - 12,000 pages) and you get a cost per page well under 1p Nothing on the market can beat that price
