    Samsung ML-3050 won't print labels

    Samsung ML-3050

This is a really strange one! This printer will print any documents quite happily but, when you try and print labels to it it refuses. As soon as the printer receives the file, the red light comes on and nothing else happens. You need to switch the thing off and then back on again before anythign else will happen.

When I say labels, all it is is a word document formatted to print labels so nothing complicated at all. Its really weird.

    Any thoughts?

Gonna wager this is something to do with paper type/margins as hakko has said.

I've had someething similar when a letter size label template was used instead of an A4 one by mistake.
