Hi,

We have recently had a RM CC3 server installed and hence I've formatted and rebuilt all of our school laptops.

All are fine apart from the Acer Aspire 3630s.
When these are shut down Windows closes fine but instead of the laptop powering down it jst goes to a a rather nice blue screen.

I can then only shut down by holding the power key for 10 seconds or so.

Other models of Acer laptops are fine and power down with no issue.

Acer's tech support advised me to do a system restore! Pointless and impossible due to the RM CC3 system.

Does anyone know a fix to prevent this from hapening?
