One of our departments bought a full set of genuine toners for this printer last week, or two working days ago, and already we have an error message asking us to replace the yellow toner. Knowing the teachers who use this particular room I don't believe that all the yellow toner has been used in such a short period, and that the message is wrong. I can't seem to find anything through the printer properties control panel, and I can't scroll through the actual printer menu, as it won't allow this until I replace the toner cartridge. Anyone come across this problem before?
Once the classroom temperature had risen above freezing the printer began functioning again.
