Netbooks to buy at the moment?

I've been asked to spec up and get prices for 5 netbooks for our SEN department.

However, the last batch I bought were the original Asus eeePC 701s, and things've changed a tad since then.

So, can someone provide me with some insight into the current best players and ones to avoid?

Ideally, I want a 10inch model, as light as possible, hardy, and a long (6 hours+) battery.

OS doesn't really matter, as I'd be sticking XP pro on them.

Just make sure that whatever you purchase has the XP drivers available ... Increasingly kit only has W7 or Vista drivers .. !!

The Dell Latitude 2110's are nice, very solid build and have a rubberised coating. Windows XP drivers are available for them.

the nb200 has been replace with a 250. It has xp drivers i believe it comes with win7 started though. Minor note the nic driver isnt one wds recognises so you need to update your boot image if thats your deployment method of choice

We love the Dell Latitude 2110's we have got for school. They were originally purchased because of the staff laptop deal being with Dell, but it turns out they were a really good quality product too.
