Sohousb Magic Bridge 2 should do it
I've just been asked something I thought I knew the answer to. Is there such a thing as USB computer to computer cloning? I've found plenty of 'transfer your files and settings' USB kits, but someone wants to know if you can either buy a kit or do it yourself using software and a cable. Anyone know if it's possible (licensing issues aside)?

I did clone a laptop once using a Ghost Enterprise floppy boot disk and a USB to USB laplink cable some years ago but I have a feeling it was a bit hit and miss. We purchased some hard drive cloners from Lindy last year for about £45 each and they have been a godsend!
Does it have to be strictly PC to PC?
Could just use Clonezilla Lite to clone to usb HD then restore to second machine?
How about USB 2.0 & eSATA Docking & Cloning Station for 2.5" & 3.5" SATA Hard Drives | SATA & eSATA | Drive Enclosures | Hardware & Security | LINDY UK
You can then either: PC <> HDD from other PC (via USB) or HDD to HDD and connect HDDs back in a once cloned.
Thanks all. I think Ghost will be the most suitable option.
