Hi All,
We have three EMP 81's that need new lamps. We have bought new Epson lamps and when we fit them in the projectors, they work for say ten mins then stop and the projector turns off.
Now we have reset the lamp hours on the projectors, and the supplier of the bulbs says its a problem with the projectors.
Contact Epson (BTW you have opened the bulbs so you have to pay!).
Contacted Epson and they want £70.50 each projector TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE!!
Now that to me seems high, but also for three projectors to go the same way at the same time seems strange.
Has anyone any experience with these projectors and anyone any idea how to get the projectors to work?
I think that it is a logic issue, but i don't know for sure.
